DCI Community Housing Services has signed a SH Conditional-Partnership agreement in October 2019 with the City of Cape Town as part of its urban development and human settlement responsibilities and to set up SHRA conditionally accredited Social Housing Institutions (SHI’s) to facilitate the development and undertake the management of Social housing stock.

Furthermore, DCI CHS has also concluded a partnership agreement with the Western Cape Department of Human Settlement for the operation of the Western Cape Social Housing Steering Committee (PSC).
