Provide property management and turn around services for low to medium density social or rental accommodation

Goodwood Station Social Housing Development project
DCI Community Housing Services (DCI CHS) has secured the development rights awarded by PRASA (Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa) for the development of their land around Heideveld and Goodwood and Goodwood stations.
